You Are?

The name is Richard, but most people call me Rich, which sadly I'm not. I'm a 50 something, but in my head I'm about 15, hence the subject of this blog.

How Old Are You?

As I mentioned, I am somewhere over 50. My birthday is November 17, so any pre-Christmas gifts are always gratefully received.

Where Are You Located?

I currently reside close to a small town in Surrey in the United Kingdom, having moved back after twelve years in Akron, Ohio, USA.

Do You Work?

If you were to ask my mother this question, she'd say no. I used to work for a well-known UK bank until 2000, when I decided to leave and move to the USA to be with the love of my life.

I have since gained a Bachelor's Degree in French. In addition, I have begun a life as a freelance writer, both as a blogger and with a site called Squidoo. The freelance lifestyle isn't all it's cracked up to be, so I may be on Sainsbury's payroll post haste - which, no doubt, would please my mother.

What Do You Write About?

I'd like to believe that I can write about most things, but specifically I enjoy writing about music. In particular, the music of the 1970s is a great love because this was the time when I was growing up and recording everything I liked to listen to.
